At Polycom, I was the Interim Chief Information Officer. In this role, I managed a global, fragile team that was undergoing dramatic change. During this time, I established relations with key executives and users, developed the first disaster recovery plans (and reported to the Board of Directors), established the first company Project Management Office (PMO) and changed internal operations to allows sales and development to operate on different software platforms without compromising integrity. I was part of the team that recruited the permanent CIO.
